Manage Users Effortlessly with the Member Management Tool

Managing users can be a hassle when you have to jump between profiles and admin tools. That’s why we made a new Member Management Tool that handles everything in one place. With this tool, you can view member details such as login status, mobile usage and notification settings. In the same place, you can seamlessly add or reactive users and manage group assignments.

Member Details

The member management tool has three tabs. The first tab is Member Details which shows a list of all of your users. Here, you can see if users have logged in and how they receive notifications. If you notice someone hasn’t logged in, jump to the Invite tab and send them a new invitation. You can also download this information if you want to work with it in a spreadsheet. Just click on XLS and type in your email address to receive the file.

Group Mapping

The next tab is Group Mapping. This is where you can manage which groups members belong to. Putting people into groups allows you to more easily give them access to different rooms.

You can see this on the second tab, Map Groups to Rooms. If you want all users in the Trainees group to be added to the New Employee Onboarding room, you can assign that room to the Group.

Finally, on the third tab, Map Members to Groups, you can add members to each group.


The last tab in the Member Management Tool is the Invite tab. This is where you can invite someone to the app by typing in their name and email address. When you add them, you can choose which group they are a part of. For example, by adding Stacy to the Trainees group, she will get access to the New Employee Onboarding Group when she logs in.
