Digging up documents on your phone can be a hassle when your files are stored in different places. But our new integration with Dropbox and Google Drive means no more waiting to be at your desk to access your documents. You can access and attach your Google and Dropbox files in your Konverse app right from your phone. Whether you’re about to catch a flight or meet with a client, you can now easily share your files with your team when you’re on the go.
Attach a File
When you create a post and want to attach a file from your Google Drive or Dropbox, click on File, then select Browse.
Select a Location and Choose your File
This will take you to the screen where you select the location where your file is stored. Selecting your location will open that app. For example, if you select Dropbox, you will see the contents of your Dropbox with folders and your most recent files as shown below.
Share your Post
Once you select a file, you will automatically be brought back to the post you were working on in your Konverse app. The file you selected will be attached at the bottom of your post. Click on Publish and you’re done!
